We Offer:
  • Compensation Structure:
    • Competitive pay with a base salary + commission + bonuses. 
    • The average annual earnings up to $88,000.
    • $2,500/month base + 10% commission.

    • Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job—20% work from home office and 80% in-home/business appointments.

  •  What I’m looking for:
    • Someone who’s a go-getter — not just waiting for leads to come in. I need someone out there networking with property managers, cold calling, following up, building local relationships, and actually closing jobs. Ideally someone with experience in home services or B2B, but more than anything, I want someone hungry and self-motivated. 
Typical Day of a Project Manager
  • You will choose your sales route with an average of 8 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
  • During each appointment with the apartment complex/residential owner, you will...
    • Build rapport
    • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
    • Educate on our services and book repairs
  • Work from home includes reviewing sales routes, prep calls, and minimal admin work
  • Ten-minute check-in with the owner
Requirements
  • No degree is required
  • We do require estimator/project manager/sales experience 
  • Open to short onboarding and hands-on field training during your first week
  • Strong rapport skills and persistence 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
